Für SC:
To sum up the process (or at least one that works for me):

- Put SC paks from StarCitizen\CitizenClient\Data into your cryengine sandbox CryEngine3SDK\GameSDK folder, except the Scripts and UI folder (IIRC?). (Note: .pak files are just renamed .zip file, you can open them with winrar or 7zip and modify their content if you so need. Just don't modify the content of your original paks! always make copies and backups).
- Open the sandbox, load an empty level.
- Click on Brush or GeomEntity (depending of the object you want to export, it might be in either or both), and browse until you find what you want to export (usually in Objects/Spaceships/) (Note: some animated objects break the sandbox. You can rename cga files into cgf so the sandbox won't consider them animated, which should solve most problems).
- Drag-and-drop it into the scene.
- With the object selected, got to File > Export Selected Object

And you're done! Obj and/or FBX should be importable in most modelling programs.

Textures are usually found in the paks in the same folder than the cga or cgf you exported, in a Textures folder. There's also usually a .mtl file that will point to each texture used by the materials of your object, which should help you track them down.
